Your IT provider stays in charge of access. We never need your logins. We agree the settings and the data rules with them.
A written AI policy that says what staff can and can't put into Copilot, in plain words.
Then the team. Two or three champions build on what the leaders proved, and we measure against the numbers you set at the start. If Claude or ChatGPT fits a task better, we say so.
