Lead the client work
You lead the engagement. Sidekick delivers the agreed setup and coaching, with updates back to your team.
Agree the client price, Sidekick’s scope and fee, and who contracts and invoices before the proposal goes to the client.
Sidekick helps you shape and deliver useful AI work for clients, whether you are developing an offer or adding capacity. We work alongside your team on discovery, setup, testing and coaching, using Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft.
Scope, partner terms and support. No client introduction needed.
Or book in a new tabWhen a client asks about AI, bring Sidekick into the conversation at the point that suits you. We help identify a useful task, assess the setup and prepare a delivery scope with your team.
Your team can contribute paid work, share a jointly delivered engagement or earn a referral fee. Sidekick handles the agreed implementation and coaching so clients have help putting their AI subscriptions to use. We agree your role and payment terms before involving the client.
Your client stays yours. We never sell around you. If we see more work for a client you introduced, we talk to you first. Your managed IT, help desk and security services stay with you.
Bring Sidekick in for discovery as well as delivery. You do not need a finished AI solution to discuss a client opportunity. Choose a route, then agree responsibilities, pricing and payment before making a client proposal.

Agree the client price, Sidekick’s scope and fee, and who contracts and invoices before the proposal goes to the client.
We shape the opportunity with you, join the client conversation and divide the delivery work in a joint proposal.
Agree each team’s contribution, who leads and contracts, and the payment split in writing.
Make an introduction after we agree partner terms. Sidekick confirms the fit, contracts with the client and handles delivery.
A share of collected fees, paid as we are paid. We agree the amount in writing before your introduction.
A client’s sales team rebuilds each proposal from discovery notes and old documents. Sidekick can help scope a workflow that prepares a draft from agreed source material.
Sidekick prepares the setup, tests it with the person doing the work and coaches them on using it. The client reviews facts, scope and pricing before sending a proposal.
Sidekick and your team shape the use case with the client. We prepare the systems and access plan.
Approve, narrow or decline proposed access. The client’s authorised owner grants it.
Configure the workflow, test real examples and record the findings.
Sidekick coaches the users and documents the setup, review rules and support contacts.
New connections or broader access return to MSP review.
“Refresh our website so customers can find our services and request a quote.” Source: approved discovery notes, section 2.
“Review existing pages, propose a new structure and prepare revised copy for approval.” Pricing and delivery dates remain blank for the proposal owner.
Which pages are in scope? Who supplies the brand assets? Who approves the copy? The workflow sends nothing automatically.
An example of the reviewable output, not a client result. We agree the actual scope, source links, permissions and acceptance checks with you for each engagement.
The configured workflow, instructions and hands-on coaching. Their work owner checks the results and decides when to use them.
The systems and permission record, setup notes, test findings, known limits and agreed support contacts.
We agree support before setup. Completing the work does not automatically transfer AI support to your technicians. We define what ends with the engagement and scope any continuing support separately.
If staff use personal AI accounts, you may have limited visibility into the connections and business data involved. A structured engagement brings proposed connections, data use and permissions into your review process.
Sidekick prepares the use-case and requirements report, including proposed systems, data flows and permission profiles. You can approve, narrow or decline proposed connections. We revise the scope around your requirements before the client’s authorised owner grants access.
New connections or broader permissions come back for review. We agree the available records, support contacts and handover before setup.
Your existing advisory and AI services shape where Sidekick fits. We take on an agreed delivery scope, with responsibilities, client communication and support boundaries defined together before setup.
Keep your advisory role and existing AI services. Set requirements for the systems you manage, approve the agreed IT changes and choose where Sidekick contributes.
Prepare the requirements report, configure and test the workflow, and coach users. Give your team the setup and test records. Chase is your contact for Sidekick’s scope.
Name a person who owns the work. Provide examples, make time to practise, approve access and check important results.

After back-to-back full-day sessions, her notes become drafted recaps and follow-ups in her voice, ready to review instead of starting from a blank page.
“I hate sending follow-up emails.”
An individual client workflow, not an MSP partnership result.

Meet Chase and SidekickA leader keeps rebuilding context before meetings. A team copies information between tools. Reports and follow-ups depend on one busy person. We start with that situation and choose tools around the work and your requirements.
Start with a named work owner, real examples and time to practise. Useful workflows and continued use give clients a reason to invest in the right AI subscriptions.
$1,800 CAD one time
An AI workspace tailored to one owner, executive or independent professional. Setup, a user guide and hands-on coaching on their real work.
From $3,000 CAD per month · 90-day minimum
AI leadership for one executive-sponsored priority, with Sidekick coordinating the people, implementation and adoption needed to put it into use.
These are client service fees. AI subscriptions are separate. We confirm the scope, your team’s involvement and partner terms before work begins.
Check the fit with your team’s requirements before bringing Sidekick into the client relationship.
Chase is your contact for the Sidekick work. Your existing IT support stays with your team. Before work starts, the scope names who handles workflow issues, access changes and escalation. Ongoing AI support after the engagement is separate; it does not become an open-ended help desk obligation for your team.
Your MSP reviews the use-case and requirements report before setup. It identifies the systems, data, processing locations and permission profile for each connection. We agree what AI may read or change, where a person must approve an action, and the records the chosen tools provide. Your client’s authorised owner grants access within those boundaries. New connections or broader permissions come back for review.
Yes. We work with you to choose suitable tools, whether that means Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. The client’s work, your requirements and the available controls guide that choice. Sidekick provides the workflow setup, testing and adoption support that helps clients put the tools into use.
The configured work, instructions for using it, review rules and a clear handover. The engagement terms identify ownership, required third-party licences and anything that still depends on Sidekick. Your team can see what was built and where its support responsibility begins and ends.
Your team contributes knowledge of the environment, access decisions and any agreed IT changes. The client provides a work owner, examples and time for testing and coaching. We size that involvement with you before proposing work. It varies with the task and connections; we do not assume your technicians will absorb the implementation.
You receive a share of the fees Sidekick collects on the client’s first engagement, paid as we are paid. We agree the amount and terms in writing before the introduction and confirm the referral with you before the first sales conversation.
We confirm capacity and the next available start date on the fit call. Sidekick is founder-led. If Chase is unavailable, delivery pauses; the documented setup stays with the client. Discuss any continuity or support coverage your client requires before we agree the scope.
Use the 30-minute call to discuss what the client wants, where Sidekick could contribute and which partner route fits. We will cover commercial terms, your team’s involvement and support needs, then decide whether there is a useful next step.
