Fractional executives
You set direction for a client a few days a month. The work between your visits should keep moving without you.
You help owners and leadership teams decide where the business is going. Sidekick helps the work catch up. We set up AI in the business your client already runs, then coach the team until it runs without us.
No pitch, no deck. Just you and Chase.
15+ businesses and teams have worked with Sidekick as their AI partner, across Solo and Fractional.
You set direction for a client a few days a month. The work between your visits should keep moving without you.
Your CEO clients keep asking you about AI. You want a straight answer and someone safe to send them to.
You run the sessions and set the priorities. The weeks between sessions are where the plan either moves or stalls. We work inside the client’s existing meeting rhythm, scorecard and priorities, with no competing framework.
You see the numbers and the pressure behind them. You know which clients are growing faster than their operations can handle.
// Not yet a fitNo clear work to improve, no accountable owner, or a need for custom software or a full-time executive. We will say so early.
Most good plans stall in the same place.
The plan waits.
We do not sell AI strategy.
Your client already has a strategy, and you helped build it.
Our job starts where the plan meets the week.
We find the repeated work standing between the plan and the result. Then we use AI and the tools the client already uses to move it.
The strategy and the relationship.
The decisions.
The setup, the coaching and the handover.
We never sell around you.
If we see more work for a client you brought us, we talk to you first. Nobody has to argue about whose plan it is.
A client, the priority that matters most, and the work getting in the way. You do not need to scope the technology first.
What Sidekick sets up. What you keep. What the client decides. Any referral fee. All of it on paper before the work starts.
We work on the tools they already use, coach the people using them, and keep the important decisions with a person.
You get updates as the work moves. The client keeps the system and the know-how. We check what changed before anyone expands it.
Week 3 update to the partner
A fractional COO’s client, 40 people. This quarter’s priority: every order confirmed the same day.

“I hate sending follow-up emails.”
After back-to-back full-day sessions, her notes become drafted recaps and follow-ups in her voice, ready to review instead of starting from a blank page.
“It feels like you suddenly have an admin, an analyst, and a small team working behind the scenes.”
An AI workspace helps plan the day, prepare meetings, and draft presentations, investment memos, and financial models.
“It remembers. Twenty-five years of relationships, and it holds the ledger: who introduced whom, what I promised, what they said in their own words.”
Pre-call briefs are built from his files, calendar and recent emails. By Nathan’s estimate, preparing properly for a call went from about 45 minutes to about five minutes of reading.

“I built an interactive dashboard with my company’s branding in two minutes. Commission structures, stages, all of it. Then I built an accounting folder that basically works like a bookkeeper.”
Training sessions and client calls feed into Solo, which updates Salesforce, compares carrier PDFs to the client’s situation, and drafts follow-up emails in his voice.

Chase leads every engagement from the first call through setup and handover. You have one person to call when your client needs an answer.
Chase brings more than a decade in B2B partnerships and revenue operations, including roles at Jobber, DoorDash and DrugBank. Based in Metro Vancouver, BC.

Start with the role you want to play. We work out the details around a real client situation.
Know a client who fits? Make the introduction. Sidekick confirms the fit and handles the work. You earn a referral fee, set out in writing before you introduce anyone.
Bring Sidekick into the room. We shape the proposal together and present it together. We agree who leads, who contracts for what, and how the work splits.
Add Sidekick to what you already deliver. You lead the engagement. Sidekick sets up and coaches a defined piece of the AI work inside it, with agreed roles and updates back to you.
Solo is $1,800 CAD once, for one owner or executive. Fractional AI Leadership starts at $3,000 CAD a month with a 90-day minimum.
Want to see it on your own work first? Start with Solo
Yes. You receive a share of the fees we collect on the referred client’s first engagement, paid as we are paid. The exact amount is in our partner terms, and we agree it in writing with each partner before any introduction. Ask for the terms and Chase will reply personally within one business day, or we can go through them on the fit call. We confirm each referral with you before the first sales conversation. If your profession limits referral fees, you can still introduce a client without one.
A client with a clear plan and work that takes too long, crosses several tools, or keeps landing on one person. Bring the situation as you understand it.
You keep your advisory role and the relationship. The client controls its systems, access and business decisions. Sidekick owns the setup and coaching in its agreed scope and hands it over when done.
Solo is $1,800 CAD once, for one owner or executive. Fractional AI Leadership starts at $3,000 CAD a month with a 90-day minimum, for a team across the business. The fee follows the scope. If Sidekick is not a fit, we say so before proposing work.
You and your client have one person to call: Chase. The written scope says who fixes what. We tell you both plainly when something needs attention, and nothing expands without the client’s decision.
The client controls its systems and access. We work in the tools the client already has and ask only for the access the agreed work needs. Access and data handling are set out in the written scope before work starts.
We take on a small number of engagements at a time so each one gets Chase’s attention. If we are full, we say so on the fit call and give you the next start date. We do not stretch.
The client keeps everything we set up, written down. If Chase is unavailable, the work pauses and we tell you both the same day.
You have spent years learning how to build the right plan for a client. What slows it down is usually the repeated work nobody has time to move. Bring a client situation, or just come to see how we would work together. We will tell you plainly whether Sidekick can help and what a first step could look like.
30 minutes with Chase. No pitch, no deck. You leave knowing whether there is useful work to do and who would own it.
Sidekick is a service, not software. We are not tied to one AI product.
